Obtaining every item is a very, very difficult task, like obtaining every block. However, it can still be done. This tutorial only covers blocks that are obtained without exploiting glitches.
Mineral/Metal items
Diamond, Emerald, Lapis Lazuli, and Redstone Dust
These items can be obtained by mining diamond ore, emerald ore, lapis lazuli ore, and redstone ore respectively.
Copper Ingot, Iron Ingot, and Gold Ingot
These items can be obtained by smelting raw copper, raw iron, raw gold respectively.
Nether Quartz
This item can be obtained by mining nether quartz ore, which is in the Nether.
