In the Asian English release of Pokémon Horizons: Season 2—The Search for Laqua, My Favorite Pokémon is replaced as an opening theme by Will -Korean ver.-, while the instrumental version of My Favorite Pokémon is replaced as an ending theme by Make You Shine (English Ver.). In the Indonesian dub, it is replaced by The Meaning of the World.

This opening theme premiered in France on January 12, 2025 on Canal J, one day before the release of the English dub on the BBC iPlayer and CBBC. However, it was cut from the live TV broadcast as both Welcome to Naranja Academy! and Put Your Heart Into It! premiered in the same time slot.
The full version of the song in French, German, European Spanish, Dutch, and Brazilian Portuguese was released on digital platforms on March 7, 2025. This release occurred before the season was officially announced in Spain; it is possible that the Latin American Spanish version of the song was meant to be released instead.
