Sky, Sea, and Land Challenge (Japanese: 空と海と陸の頂点に挑め Challenge the Summit of Sky, Sea, and Land) was a special co-op event in Pokémon Masters EX celebrating the game's five-and-a-half year anniversary.

During this event, players could take on Steven (Anniversary 2021) & Rayquaza, Archie & Kyogre, and Maxie & Groudon in co-op battles to earn Proofs of Victory, but they could not use the "Create Your Own Team" option to challenge these battles. Proofs of Victory could be exchanged in the shop for items, including four Move Candy Coins for each role. Extra Proofs of Victory were automatically exchanged with coins once the event was finished.

In addition, limited-time Gym missions were available alongside this event, rewarding players for collecting Proofs of Victory. Players could earn Gems by completing solo missions and Gym Scout Tickets A by completing group missions.
