The second Arceus Arc Celebration was a special battle event in Pokémon Masters EX celebrating the addition of the second chapter of the Arceus Arc to the main story. It was focused on the sync pair Arc Suit Leon & Charizard.

The "Leon Arc Suit Fair Scout" gave players an increased chance of recruiting Arc Suit Leon & Charizard from the beginning of the event to January 7, 2025.

This event featured event points, a currency that players could earn by completing battles. Players received rewards based on the number of points accumulated, including 5★ Scout Tickets, a Strike Move Candy Coin, an Ever Pin, and medals. All battles could be challenged an unlimited number of times except Daily Extreme Battle 1, which could only be challenged once per day.

The player could battle using Arc Suit Leon & Charizard to obtain +0.6× bonus points; Sygna Suit Red & Charizard, Rose & Copperajah, Volo & Togepi, or Sygna Suit Blue & Blastoise to obtain +0.4× bonus points; and any unlisted Fire-type sync pairs to obtain +0.2× bonus points.

This event featured the Battle Challenge, where players were challenged to defeat a team of strong opponents. Players could complete event missions by clearing these areas with one or fewer sync pairs fainting and sync pairs with specific theme skills on the team.

Additionally, the music and artwork on the title screen were different than usual. The title screen artwork depicted Arc Suit Leon & Charizard, and the background music was Glorious Battle! (Leon) (Pokémon Masters EX Version). In addition, a special voice-over line of Leon saying "Pokémon Masters EX" would play as soon as the game's logo appeared on the title screen.
