(Japanese: インディ Indy) is a recurring antagonist who first appeared in HZ099. He is a member of the Explorers and is commonly seen at Rubella's side.
History

Indy debuted in HZ099, alongside Rubella. During an argument between Karna and a pair of Exceed subordinates, they intervened in order to convince Karna to deliver the Strong Sphere parts. However, they soon found out Liko and Roy of the Rising Volt Tacklers being there and immediately engaged in battle against them, Dot, and Uruto, using their Strong Spheres to power up their Paldean Tauros. The battle properly started in the next episode, where they ended up being defeated after their opponents discovered the pattern behind the Tauros's attacks. After retreating, they reported back to Spinel.
In HZ106, Indy and Rubella spotted Rayu trying to trade a Dusk Ball housing a powerful Pokémon for a Strong Sphere. Indy was seemingly about to accept the offer, only for Uruto to show up, declaring himself as the Dusk Ball's owner. Recognizing him as a Rising Volt Tackler, they put away the Dusk Ball and prepared for battle, powering up their Darmanitan with their Strong Spheres. They managed to overpower Uruto in numbers and raw strength, but Uruto managed to still win once his Dragonite emerged from the Dusk Ball, reacting with its Trainer's willingness to fight for others, forcing Rubella and Indy to retreat. In the next episode, Indy and Rubella fought against Uruto and Roy, this time with each other's Darmanitan in their Zen Mode. Due to the assistance of a Rabsca army, they managed to keep the upper hand for the majority of the battle, only to lose once more as Uruto's Dragonite reappeared and Mega Evolved alongside Roy's Lucario.
In HZ109, Indy and Rubella appeared at the entrance of the Exceed distribution center as soon as Liko and Roy arrived at the location.
Character
Indy has a stoic personality and is quite cold and calculating. Due to their use of Strong Spheres, both he and Rubella battle without issuing actual instructions to their Pokémon, instead making them rely on their natural instincts, which makes battling against them hard to predict at times. As seen in HZ107, he is quite selective with the colors of the Pokémon he uses and is willing to swap Pokémon if it better fits his color scheme.

Indy used Rubella's Darmanitan in HZ107 during their battle against Uruto and Roy. At the very start of the battle, it transformed into its Zen Mode. Darmanitan was able to shrug off attacks due to its physical resistance and assisted its teammate by using Psychic on it, allowing it to move unimpeded by Gravity and overpower its opponents. At the end, however, it was defeated by Uruto's Mega Dragonite and Roy's Mega Lucario.
Darmanitan's only known moves are Fire Punch and Psychic, and its Ability is Zen Mode.

These Rabsca were used by Indy and Rubella as part of a strategy to impede Roy and Uruto's Pokémon's movements. They were quickly defeated by Uruto's Mega Dragonite. It is unknown whether these Pokémon actually belong to the duo or are part of the Pokémon at the Explorers's base.
All four Rabsca know the move Gravity, with one of them also knowing Revival Blessing.
