Safe (baseball)

In baseball, "safe" was a call made by an umpire when a baserunner successfully reached a base without being tagged or forced out by a fielder.

During Odo's practice of being an umpire in the Promenade, he shouted the word "safe!". (DS9: "Take Me Out to the Holosuite")
