The Zero Gate (Japanese: ゼロゲート Zero Gate) is a facility located on the edge of the Great Crater of Paldea allowing access to Area Zero—a place most people are forbidden from entering. It is located not far from Medali.

The player, Arven, Nemona, and Penny first enter Area Zero via the Zero Gate after being granted access by Professor Sada^S/Professor Turo^V.

The Zero Gate appeared in Over the Top! and Total-lie Awesome Pokémon in Area Zero?!, when Penny opened it up for Friede, Liko, Roy, and Dot having gained permission from Geeta. Penny bid farewell to the group as they entered Area Zero; unbeknownst to them, they were followed by Coral and Sidian.
