A bow is a weapon used for ranged defense.

Appearance

Bows are made with wood and string, which consist of a grip for the user to hold, and a string used to shoot arrows.

Properties

Because of the bow's ranged attacks, it allows the user to easily shoot targets and enemies from far away.

History

Crossbows were weaponized by piglins many years ago. When Steve entered the Nether , Archie is wielding one. On the first night, skeletons are wielding bows with a purple glint that shoot flaming arrows, as if enchanted. Archie continues to use his until his death in the creeper farm. During the Great Darkening, the hog riders use crossbows. Travis shoots the Super Iron Golem with his, provoking the iron golems into attacking.
