Stellar Lightning, known in Indonesian as Kilat Rasi (lit. "Constellation Lightning") and in Thai as สเตลลาร์สายฟ้าฟาด (lit. "Stellar Lightning Strike"), is a special set exclusive to Indonesia and Thailand released for the Asian Scarlet & Violet Era of the TCG. It is the sixth such set for the Indonesian market, and the second such set for the Thai market. Compositionally, it combines the Japanese Paradise Dragona and Super Electric Breaker sets, as well as miscellaneous cards from the Stellar Tera Type Starter Sets that were yet to be localized into Indonesian and Thai, making Stellar Lightning essentially the Indonesian and Thai equivalent of the English Surging Sparks expansion. Each booster pack of Stellar Lightning contains 5 cards.
Stellar Lightning was released in Indonesia on November 29, 2024, and in Thailand on December 13, 2024. A Collector's Set (Indonesian: Set Kolektor; Thai: ชุดพิเศษเพื่อนักสะสม) for Stellar Lightning was available for sale on the same day. Similar to the Traditional Chinese Super Electric Breaker Collector's Set, the Indonesian and Thai Stellar Lightning Collector's Set contains 10 booster packs, a card list booklet, and a stamped Full Art promo card of Alolan Dugtrio.
Besides being sold in individual boosters and boxes of 30 packs, Stellar Lightning is also available in 2-pack blisters known as "Special Set" (Indonesian: Set Spesial; Thai: สเปเชียลเซ็ต). Special Set blisters are exclusively sold in convenience store chain Indomaret in Indonesia beginning December 21, 2024, and in convenience store chain 7-Eleven in Thailand beginning December 23, 2024. Each Special Set contains a Holo promo card of Fuecoco, Togepi, or Alolan Diglett with the Stellar Lightning logo stamped on the bottom right corner of the artwork.
