This card is included in the Surging Sparks expansion, first released in the Japanese Paradise Dragona subset, with artwork by Saboteri. In Japan, this card is reprinted as an M-P Promotional print and is distributed as part of a McDonald's Japan campaign running from August 9 - 11, 2025. Customers who have bought a Pokémon Happy Meal set during this period are eligible to receive a Pikachu promo card and 1 random promo card selected from the following: Sprigatito, Fuecoco, Quaxly, Ralts, and Riolu.^[1] The M-P Promotional print features the McDonald's logo.
