Surging Sparks makes up the eighth expansion of cards for the Scarlet & Violet Series of the Pokémon Trading Card Game. This expansion continues to introduce Stellar TeraPokémon ex into the game, a concept first introduced in the previous Stellar Crown expansion. A running theme in the set is the Terarium, the primary setting of The Indigo Disk, the second part of The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC for the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet video games.
