Waterfall Colosseum (Japanese: ウォーターコロシアム Water Colosseum) is a Colosseum in Pokémon Battle Revolution. The Colosseum is led by Marina.
Waterfall Colosseum is a large empty space set in front of a waterfall, in an ancient ruin on a cliffside located north-west of the city. There are gutters carved out in the stone across the arc of the space circling the floor of the Colosseum, flowing with the water from the waterfall. Several smaller falls surround the battle arena.
The Team Battle is hosted by this Colosseum. The player picks five out of six party members or all six for Double Battle, and faces their opponents' off in one-on-one elimination rounds or two-on-two for Double Battle. Each round may require some high-level strategy, as the player does not know what Pokémon they face in a round. Pokémon are always sent out at a time in each round according to their order of choosing.
The player wins a round if they knock out their opponent's Pokémon first. They must win three out of five rounds to win the battle (two out of three for Double Battle). The round is considered a draw if all the Pokémon on the field are taken out as a result of moves like Explosion or Self Destruct. If there is a draw between the number of wins, the Trainer who won the last match wins the battle.
Similarly, Level 50 All is available for this Colosseum after the Pokétopia Championship is cleared. Completing the Team Battle for the first time in Level 30 Open mode unlocks a Pikachu Facepaint, a Battle Pass Waterfall Colosseum background, and awards 350 Poké Coupons. It also unlocks 10 items of gear, and two new Rental Passes at Gateway Colosseum. Completing the first Level 50 All battle unlocks 23 pieces of gear in the shop, and Marina's Kyogre Outfit. There is a small chance of Marina wearing a Shiny outfit when battling her in Level 50 All.
The default mode of battle here is Single Battle. An option to change this to Double Battle is made available after beating Rank 1 for the first time. The Pokémon and Trainers are not set, except during the first time the player battles there, in which case the rank is 1 for each mode.
