The Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex League Battle Deck is the first League Battle Deck to be released during the Mega Evolution Series and featured key cards of the Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex archetype, which was released during the 2025-26 Standard format. It included a curated selection of Team Rocket-themed Pokémon and Trainer cards relevant in the Standard format at the time of its release. Each 60-card deck also came with a deck box, two Special Condition markers, six damage-counter dice, a coin-flip die, an accessory box, a strategy sheet, and a Pokémon Trading Card Game Live code card.
