Hit and Heal (Japanese: 技後回復付帯 Recovery After Move) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the sync pair successfully uses a move, the user has a chance of gaining the Gradual Healing effect. The skill can range from Hit and Heal 1 to Hit and Heal 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Hit and Heal 9 will always apply the Gradual Healing effect. Currently, only Hit and Heal 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to both the Trainer's and the Pokémon's moves, including
buddy moves, but not sync moves or
max moves.
