Tectonic Rage inflicts damage. Its power and whether it is a special or physical move depends on the move it is based on.

Generation VIII onwards

Tectonic Rage cannot be selected in a battle.

Description

Learnset

Any non-Mega Evolved, non-Primal Pokémon can use Tectonic Rage if it knows a damaging Ground-type move, holds a Groundium Z, and if its Trainer wears a Z-Ring^SM or Z-Power Ring^USUM.

	Mudsdale's Trainer strikes a series of poses to build Z-Power. Mudsdale then stomps the ground with its front hooves, causing a fissure to open underneath the opponent, who then proceeds to fall in. Mudsdale burrows underground and rushes at the opponent before sending them flying with a full-force tackle. Afterward, Mudsdale emerges from underground and the fissure closes.
