Corkscrew Crash cannot be selected in a battle.

Learnset

Any non-Mega Evolved, non-Primal Pokémon can use Corkscrew Crash if it knows a damaging Steel-type move, holds a Steelium Z, and if its Trainer wears a Z-Ring^SM or Z-Power Ring^USUM.
