In the core series games

A move-based Evolution is triggered once the Pokémon levels up at the end of a Pokémon battle or by the use of a Rare Candy.

In Pokémon Legends: Arceus, after Qwilfish or Stantler has used the required move enough times, the option to evolve it becomes available from the party menu.

In the spin-off games

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon series

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness, Explorers of Sky, and Gates to Infinity

In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Time, Explorers of Darkness, Explorers of Sky, all the move-based Evolutions introduced in Generation IV are available. Much like in the core series games, the Pokémon needs to know the move in order to evolve.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity

In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Gates to Infinity, the only move-based Evolution available is that a Piloswine needs to know Ancient Power in order to evolve into Mamoswine.

Super Mystery Dungeon

In Super Mystery Dungeon, all the methods of Evolution other than Evolution by level are not required in order to evolve.

All the move-based Evolutions up to Generation VI are available in-game, but those Pokémon can simply evolve with no requirement.

Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX

In Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Rescue Team DX, all the methods of Evolution other than Evolution by level were replaced by Evolution Crystals.

All the move-based Evolutions up to Generation VI are available in-game, but those Pokémon evolve by spending Evolution Crystals instead of having specific moves.
