Resource event
Resource events are an unofficial class of special stages in Pokémon Shuffle that allow the player to reliably obtain certain items or resources (
hearts,
coins, or experience). These events fall broadly into two types: weekly and monthly. Both versions can be played without spending a Heart, but after the first play, these stages become locked and can only be played further by spending
Jewels to unlock them. After a certain number of plays, these stages disappear.
For the game's end-of-service period, resource events began running consistently during each week or month. Weekly events, which previously cost
Heart ×1 to play, would no longer cost Hearts, and the amount of plays unlockable with
Jewels would be increased from 9 to 14 for the Eevee and Victini stages. Magearna and Alolan Meowth would be retired from the format, and become available through escalation battle and Pokémon Safari events, respectively, instead.
Each day begins at 6:00 AM UTC, and each week begins on Tuesday at 6:00 AM UTC.

Skill Booster M Stage!

Skill Booster M Stage! (Japanese: スキルパワーMゲットステージ Skill Power M GET Stage) (previously "Skill Booster S Stage!" until December 18, 2016) is a special stage featuring Eevee which, if cleared, will allow the player to obtain one or more Skill Booster Enhancements. Additionally, the stage grants a large amount of experience points.
This stage is available from Tuesday to Thursday of every week.
It is guaranteed to drop at least one
Skill Booster M, and has a chance to drop up to two more per play:
- 100% chance to drop
Skill Booster M ×1 - 25% chance to drop
Skill Booster M ×1 - 12.5% chance to drop
Skill Booster M ×1
Drop rates can be increased if the
Drop Rate Increase (DRI) effect is purchased from the Special Shop.

A Chance for Coins

A Chance for Coins, also known as Meowth's Coin Mania (Japanese: ニャースでコインゲット Nyarth's Coin GET) is a special stage that allows the player to obtain a large number of
Coins in a single stage. This Meowth has an unlimited amount of HP, and thus cannot be "defeated" or caught, nor does it grant any experience.
This stage is available from Friday to Sunday of every week.
Coins appear in this stage as a 5th Support Icon, meaning that Coins will appear pseudo-randomly among the other Support Pokémon on the initial board and in the skyfall. If the player gets a combo of 3 or more, Meowth will disrupt and replace three or (less frequently) five non-Coin icons currently on the board within two adjacent columns with Coins. Since this disruption does not rely on a countdown, if the disruption causes another combo of 3 or more, Meowth will disrupt repeatedly.
After the first attempt, which does not require any
Hearts to play, the stage will become locked;
Jewel ×1 may be spent to unlock 3 more plays for the stage for the week, and the stage will disappear after the 4th attempt.

Tons of Exp. Points (Japanese: ビクティニで経験値ゲット Victini's Experience Points GET) is a special stage that allows a player to obtain a large amount of experience points in a single stage, as well as a chance to catch the Mythical Pokémon Victini.
This stage is available from Friday to Monday of every week.
After the first attempt, which does not require any
Hearts to play, the stage will become locked;
Jewel ×1 can be spent to unlock 1 additional play, up to 14 times for the week. The stage will disappear after the 15th attempt.
