Sexagus

Sexagus was the leader of the Cubes, a species of photonic lifeforms from the Veraflex nebula, and the parent of Quadralon.

In 2382, Sexagus led a delegation of Cubes to the USS Cerritos for peace talks with their longtime enemies, the Orbs. During the negotiations, Quadralon apparently went missing along with Radiara, the child of the Orb leader Spheronius. Mutual suspicion and recrimination escalated into a shape war that endangered the Cerritos, until the crew stopped the fighting by draining energy from both sides.

Sexagus was shocked when Quadralon and Radiara reappeared and announced that they had been secretly involved; they then presented their new child SquAaron. Seeing what Cubes and Orbs could produce together, Sexagus proposed to resume the peace talks. (LD: "Of Gods and Angles")
