Elder Stone is a glowing block that can be found in Elder-themed biomes and inflicts Extreme Radiation effect on player who steps on it.

It's possible to mass-produce this block (to crush it into small amounts of Raw Nocxium, an ore that is extremely rare otherwise) by mixing Aether (exists in infinite quantities on ocean-based Aether World planets) and Essentia Obscura (can be infinitely mixed with Pus, which exists in infinite quantities on Atropus Sea planets).

Mining and/or producing Elder Stone or Shadow Rock is the only way to get Raw Nocxium in any meaningful quantities. For instance, mixing 128 stacks of 999 Essentia Obscura and Aether can produce ~383 units of Raw Nocxium.
