Controlled Reactions (Electronics tree).Liquid Mixer is a powered machine that allows the player to mix liquids in a controlled setup, instead of direct contact in the environment. The machine requires 15J of energy to do one mixing action (e.g. 1 Water + 1 Poison = 2 Poison). It can do 6 mixing actions per second.
