Portal Juice is a magic potion. If you consumed it less than 10 minutes ago, and your current health is less than 10%, then you will be automatically teleported to where you were when you drank it. Furthermore, your health will be restored to 10% of maximum.
If teleport has happened, this effect expires (you need to drink another potion to become protected again), and you get 1-36 Madness. If teleport wasn't needed, this effect expires in 10 minutes (no Madness is gained).
