Shocking Slowdown (Japanese: まひ相手攻撃時素早↓ Speed Reduction When Attacking Paralyzed Opponent) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent that is paralyzed, it has a chance of lowering the target's Speed by one stat rank. The skill can range from Shocking Slowdown 1 to Shocking Slowdown 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation. Shocking Slowdown 9 will always lower the target's Speed. Currently, only Shocking Slowdown 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
