Effect
When the sync pair's Pokémon successfully uses a move or sync move, it has a chance of lowering the target's Attack by two stat ranks. The skill can range from P-Move/S-Move on Opp: Attack↓2 1 to P-Move/S-Move on Opp: Attack↓2 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of activation.
