Flabbergast (Japanese: 相手に技後混乱付与 Inflict Confusion On Opponent After Move) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the sync pair successfully uses a move, it has a chance of confusing the target. The skill can range from Flabbergast 1 to Flabbergast 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a greater chance of activation. Flabbergast 9 will always confuse the target. The skill applies to both the Trainer's and the Pokémon's moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
