Drops are a feature on Twitch, with its first usage on official Pokémon Twitch channels with the Play! Pokémon live streams during the 2023 North America International. In addition to promotional distributions for the events, International and World Championships streams award viewers which have watched them through a certain period of time these rewards in the form of items for some of the stream's related games. Since the 2024 World Championships, other Drops are also available in co-streams of the same events from partnered channels. Some of the Drops are only obtainable through these methods.
To earn them, the viewer requires to link their Twitch and Pokémon Trainer Club accounts in the Pokémon Twitch Rewards Program page, claim the Drops while watching the streams live and logged in said Twitch account, and then generate a code to claim the items in their respective games at the Rewards Program page. Drops will expire if not claimed past 30 days.

The generated code card will be a unique 11-digit alpha-numeric code similar to those included in physical products.
