Dragonite is available in Sword and Shield Version 1.3.0+ and Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl.

By leveling up

Due to Dragonite's level-up moves being internally not ordered properly, Dragonite cannot learn Outrage by levelling up; however, it can be acquired via the Move Reminder, or by catching the wanderer in Ballimere Lake.
