Jago

Doctor Jago was a geneticist who operated on Noble Isle in the 24th century. She offered genetic augmentation services that she claimed would "bring out the best" in her customers.

In 2384, Jago hired Thadiun Okona to deliver a shipment of gelatinous putrescine to her, but he came to her empty-handed, as his cargo of contraband had been confiscated by the Xindi-Reptilian authorities at Denaxi Depot. Jago accepted as recompense the presence of Okona's companion: Dal R'El, who she identified as a creation of Arik Soong's protégés. Though she called their work "sloppy", she was intrigued and offered to fit Dal with an epigenetic dermal implant that would activate his dormant genes and grant him enhanced abilities.

Dal, who had been feeling insecure next to Okona, secretly accepted Jago's offer. However, when he later maximized the implant to deal with a team of Tal Shiar commandos, he inadvertently activated all of his dormant genes at once and destabilized his physiology. (PRO: "Masquerade")
