ICE transfer bus number 735 was a Department of Homeland Security prisoner transport bus operated by the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The vehicle was a MCI MC-12 bus and was equipped with a GPS transponder.

In 2024, Cristóbal Rios and other detainees at a detention facility in Castaic were transferred to this bus for a trip to a Sanctuary District near the US-Mexico border. To get to the district, the bus traveled down Highway 14. Further down the highway, Raffaela Musiker and Seven of Nine were beamed to a location where they could intercept the bus and free their crewmate Rios from ICE. (PIC: "Watcher")
