The globber was a unit of currency used by the Dilmerians, possibly taking the form of coins.

In 2382, Snell offered Lieutenants jg Beckett Mariner, D'Vana Tendi, and T'Lyn, who were undercover, tickets to a bonfire at two for a globber. When Mariner replied that they did not have any, Snell became suspicious and followed them. He became even more suspicious when Mariner claimed they were looking for globbers in a pit, which was actually the crash site of a shuttlecraft.

Months later, T'Lyn had a sign reading "2 for a globber" on her kiosk that sold fruit and hair tonic. (LD: "Fully Dilated")
