Agility was one's ability to execute fast movements without difficulty.

In 2267, James T. Kirk hoped he had agility and cleverness on his side in his hand-to-hand combat against the Gorn captain. (TOS: "Arena")

Later that year, Spock noted that a humanoid moving behind the landing party on Gamma Trianguli IV was doing so with "remarkable agility". (TOS: "The Apple")
