Gamma Trianguli IV was the inhabited fourth planet in the Gamma Trianguli system. The planet was located within the Gamma Trianguli sector of the Alpha Quadrant and was approximately 112.3 light years from Sol. This was a non-Federation planet.

Wendy Neuss, a lieutenant commander aboard the USS Enterprise-D, was from this planet. In 2369, her planet of origin was listed on the chart "USS Enterprise Personnel Database", which was displayed on a PADD accessed by Captain Jean-Luc Picard. (TNG: "The Chase", okudagram)
