Laceyella is a Gram-positive, thermophilic, spore-forming and aerobic bacterial genus from the family Thermoactinomycetaceae.[1][3][4][5] The genus Laceyella is namened after the English microbiologist John Lacey.[6]
Phylogeny
The currently accepted taxonomy is based on the List of Prokaryotic names with Standing in Nomenclature (LPSN)[1] and National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI).[2]
