Rainy Propulsion (Japanese: 雨時技後ＢＣ加速 Buddy Countdown Acceleration After Move When Rainy) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.

Effect

When the sync pair successfully uses a move while the weather is rainy, the user's sync move countdown has a chance of being lowered by one. Currently, only Rainy Propulsion 1 is available on scoutable sync pairs, which provides a 20% chance of lowering the sync move countdown after using a move. The skill applies to both the Trainer's and the Pokémon's moves, including buddy moves, but not sync moves or max moves.
