Rainy Hit: Free Move Next (Japanese: 雨時攻撃時次ゲージ消費無 No Gauge Consumption Next During Attack When Rainy) is a family of skills in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
When the Pokémon successfully uses an attack move against an opponent while the weather on the field of play is rainy, the user has a chance of gaining the Free Move Next effect. The skill can range from Rainy Hit: Free Move Next 1 to Rainy Hit: Free Move Next 9, with higher numbered skills resulting in a higher chance of applying the Free Move Next effect. Rainy Hit: Free Move Next 9 will always apply the Free Move Next effect. Currently, only Rainy Hit: Free Move Next 9 is available on scoutable sync pairs. The skill applies to the Pokémon's attack moves, including 
buddy moves, but not sync moves or 
max moves.
