Release information

This card was included in the Surging Sparks expansion, first released in the Japanese Super Electric Breaker expansion. In Japan, it was reprinted as an SV-P Promotional card and was one of eight cards that could be found in 2025 Endorsed Independent Event Trainers Packs. Certified Event Organizers distributed these packs at events they oversaw starting March 1, 2025.[1] The SV-P Promotional print features the Event Organizer logo.

Rulings

For interactions between Lively Stadium, the "Calamity Storm" attack of Roaring Moon ex from Paradox Rift, and the "Resolute Heart" Ability of Pikachu ex from Surging Sparks when the Pikachu ex is at full HP:

  • If Lively Stadium is in play, such that an opponent's Pikachu ex's HP becomes 230, and the player uses Roaring Moon ex's Calamity Storm attack and discards the Lively Stadium using the attack's effect, Pikachu ex receives 220 damage. On this condition, since Pikachu ex has 230 HP and receives 220 damage, its Resolute Heart Ability is no longer in effect (as its HP is no longer considered full). Thus, once Lively Stadium is removed from play, Pikachu ex will have its HP reduced to 200, and with 220 damage on it, it will be Knocked Out.[2][3]
  • However, if damage done by the Calamity Storm attack is increased to 230 or more (eg. using Vitality Band), Resolute Heart becomes in effect as the Calamity Storm damage would have Knocked Out the Pikachu ex. Thus, once Lively Stadium is discarded, Pikachu ex remains in play with a remaining HP of 10 (effectively having 190 damage on it once all the effects have resolved).[2][3]
