Hunter's Instinct (Japanese: 相手素早さ↓分威力↑ Power Boost Proportional to Opponent's Speed Decrease) is a skill in Pokémon Masters EX.
Effect
The user's moves are powered up when the target's Speed has been lowered. For each stat rank their Speed has been lowered, the user's moves are boosted by 5%, giving a maximum 30% increase. Hunter's Instinct does not affect sync moves or 
max moves.
