The Flower Garden Troupe is an all-female group of theater performers, which is managed by Ms. Chandler. They have a headquarters complex near Undella Town in Unova, though they are often touring in their signature rose-decorated bus.
Organization
The Flower Garden Troupe is the most popular troupe in Unova, and all of the performers are female, including the Pokémon. Moira, Mona, and Cher are the lead members. The Troupe likes to exemplify the qualities and etiquette of young and wealthy ladies, and as such, they often dress in regency-style garments.
Ash and his friends clashed with the troupe in Beauties Battling for Pride and Prestige!. They were put through several grueling tests of their patience and manners.

Cher's Roserade, nicknamed Roseradette (Japanese: ロズレイドちゃん Roserade-chan), is the only Pokémon that Cher is known to have. She won against Cilan's Pansage, but lost against Iris's Emolga.
Roseradette's known moves are Poison Sting, Bullet Seed, and Energy Ball.

Cinccino is the only Pokémon that Moira is known to have. She is considered a gorgeous Pokémon due to her ability to clean herself with a special oil within her fur. Cinccino battled Ash's Snivy twice and was defeated both times.
Cinccino's known moves are Tail Slap, Rock Blast, Hyper Beam, and Giga Impact.

Lilligant is the only Pokémon that Mona is known to have. While she was defeated by Iris's Emolga, she later defeated Cilan's Pansage. Lilligant was good in evading, being able to easily dodge all of Pansage's Bullet Seeds.
Lilligant's known moves are Energy Ball and Leech Seed.
