A Colosseum Leader (Japanese: コロシアムリーダー Colosseum Leader) is a type of Trainer in Pokémon Battle Revolution.

Colosseum Leaders are the heads of various Colosseums, the battle arenas in Poketopia. They are distinguishable from Colosseum Masters by the fact that all Colosseum Leaders cosplay as Pokémon and share the same battle soundtrack, while the Colosseum Masters have their own individual battle music and are dressed in more professional, distinguished outfits. Moreover, the Colosseum Leaders' looks are based off the six playable character models.

There are six Trainers known as Colosseum Leaders -- Taylor, Rosie, Marina, Terrell, Voldon and Dusty. Despite dressing up as a Pokémon, the Colosseum Leaders do not always use the Pokemon that their outfit is based on when battled.

• Rosie, Voldon and Dusty use the pre-Evolutions of their outfit starting from the first battle rank, respectively Roselia, Electabuzz, and Riolu. The evolved forms which are the Pokemon they dress up as are active from Rank 7 onwards (Roserade, Electivire, Lucario).

• Marina uses her outfit Pokémon (Kyogre) when she is battled in Rank 7 onwards.

• Taylor has a Pachirisu when battling her various times, regardless of the rank.

• Terrell is therefore the only Colosseum Leader to not use his outfit Pokémon (Groudon).

Trivia

• Each Colosseum Leader has a shiny costume variant for their respective Pokémon. The costumes have a miniscule chance of appearing.
• The player can only obtain the Shiny costume if the Colosseum Leader is wearing it during their first encounter. If the player has already defeated them in the past and unlocked their costume in regular colors, it will not be rewarded. The player may soft reset the game until their Shiny costume appears.
