After the murder in the library, Jesse then pursues the White Pumpkin through the secret passageways, leading to the living room, where Lukas joins the chase. Jesse catches up to Lukas in the lounge and discovers him wearing the White Pumpkin’s mask, which Lukas claims was forcibly placed on him. The others accuse Lukas of being the White Pumpkin, and Cassie suggests throwing him outside to the zombies. The locked-up individual opposes this, and Ivor volunteers to watch over Lukas, much to Cassie’s irritation.

After investigating the passageways one last time, Jesse, Petra, and Stampy gather enough evidence to identify the White Pumpkin. Stampy calls everyone to the lounge, where Jesse presents the findings. Jesse and Petra apprehend Cassie and convince the others of her guilt. Cassie confesses to being the White Pumpkin and, when confronted, triggers one of her traps. Her dropped items suggest she has perished.
