A messenger piglin, also known as a grunter, was a type of piglin that relayed information to the piglin horde generals.

Appearance

Messenger piglins generally look like piglin runts, making them about the same size as modern day piglins. Their noses have asymmetrical nostrils, as are their eyes, one slightly higher than the other. Their ears on the other hand are perfectly symmetrical, with shorts with two large, gold buttons.

The injured piglin is a messenger piglin who is very visibly injured, their head predominately covered in bandages, down to the tip of their ears. One of their eyes is obscured, while their nose is slanted to the right. Their limbs are almost all covered in bandages as well, with visible scars.

Biography

During the war many messenger piglins were sent to give information to the various leaders of the hordes, after the Hero and allied mobs managed to thwart their various schemes. One such messenger piglin was injured after the hero destroyed a nether portal in a piglin base belonging to the Horde of the Spore. This messenger piglin went back into the nether with bandages and tried to get The Devourer's attention to tell them that another nether portal had been destroyed, but the piglin was not successful. The Devourer charged into the portal the injured piglin was near, entering into it, though one of the Devourer's pink spores fell onto the injured piglin's back, causing the piglin to try to eat it.
