The recycler quiver is an unused artifact that was scrapped during the development of Minecraft Dungeons.
Obtaining
The recycler quiver cannot be obtained.
Usage
According to its unused description, the recycler quiver when equipped would grant a random chance of collecting arrows when hit by them. The functionality of recycler quivers was replaced by the Recycler enchantment.
