Zeph was a male Human third year Starfleet cadet who served on USS Voyager-A in 2384.

He was a member of the Nova Squadron. (PRO: "Into the Breach, Part I")

Background information

Zeph was voiced by Sunkrish Bala.

Though not addressed onscreen, co-executive producer Aaron Waltke has indicated that Zeph represented deliberate inclusion of a Human with vitiligo. [1][2]
