Working conditions

Working conditions were the circumstances in which an individual worked.

In 2377, when Tebbis expressed his desire to someday be a doctor, The Doctor expressed his wish that his working conditions would be preferable to that of Hospital Ship 4-2. Tebbis noted that allowing them to listen to music would improve the conditions on the ship, which The Doctor agreed with. (VOY: "Critical Care")
