Villus Thed

Villus Thed was a member of a telepathic species.

In 2370, Odo received a subspace transmission that indicated that Thed was on his way to Deep Space 9 and told two of his Bajoran deputies to notify him when Thed arrived and to keep him under constant surveillance. Odo also reminded them that since Thed was a short-range telepath, they were to stay "at least" five meters from Thed as he would be able to read their thoughts if they came any closer.
