Uno amino matrix

The uno amino matrix was an amino acid structural pattern used by food replicators during the late 24th century.

In April 2385, immediately prior to the Attack on Mars, the engineers at Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards Tri-hy station A19 joked that they missed the quality of the una amino matrices from the food replicators. (PIC: "Maps and Legends")

The uno amino matrix may be related to, and intended as an in-joke to, the 23rd century una glucose matrix for food synthesizers developed by Number One.
