A toilet plunger was a tool used for unclogging toilets. They were typically made of wood or plastic, and had a rubber suction cup on the bottom.

While Jankom Pog was on the Tellar sleeper ship, the toilet in the bathroom was clogged to the point that it was overflowing. Boxy informed him of this, and he used a toilet plunger to try and unclog it. (PRO: "Preludes")
