The Cleaner

The Cleaner was a Starfleet covert agent in the late 24th century.

In 2380, the Cleaner was to support a black ops team including Commander Jack Ransom in a clandestine mission to Romulus, but the team mistook Ensign D'Vana Tendi (who had been assigned to clean the USS Cerritos conference room) for the Cleaner, and took her on the mission instead. As the Cleaner, Tendi was expected to transport the team back to the ship once a package had been secured, though Tendi misunderstood her role, and physically fought a group of Romulan guards instead. During a Prime history stone etching ceremony, Tendi related her experience to Imperium Magistrate Clar and others present. (LD: "Veritas")

It was not explained what became of the actual "Cleaner".
