Star Base 80 Famous Chunky Sauce was a food kiosk on Starbase 80 that sold the eponymous sauce.

In 2382, Beckett Mariner pulled Sam Rutherford away from the sauce, calling it "cursed", despite station commander Kassia Nox telling her it was great and that she ate it every day. Mariner replied, "Uncovered and unrefrigerated? Ugh, that's a pass." Later, Nox and Mariner hid behind the stand from USS Cerritos crew members who had been cognitively debilitated by anaphasic lifeform possession. The afflicted crew damaged the stand, breaking off part of its name sign. (LD: "Starbase 80?!")
