Sleeve

A sleeve was a component of a garment that would cover the arm from the shoulder to the wrist.

In 2365, Rex the bartender said to Captain Jean-Luc Picard, "I don't mind you being on the cuff, but you're up the sleeve halfway to my collar (i.e. deeply in debt to him)." (TNG: "Manhunt")
